Chunky
Is there a way to pregen with chunky and move the pregenerated chunks to a new world with same seed so the gametime dosent pass?

/chunky
Chunky is known to cause LODs to turn into swiss cheese and bloat up world size, as can be seen in the attached screenshot.
We recommend you enable "Distant Generation" in Distant Horizons' settings and wait.
If you actually want to pre-generate vanilla chunks along with LOD data, disable Distant Horizons, wait for chunky to finish, then re-enable Distant Horizons.
There is a way
yes, just copy the world
Won’t that also copy the time passed?
maybe, you can also just copy the region files
i find dh generates faster than chunky, and if you dont want game time to pass open to lan and use cheats to /tick freeze when you pregen and upon relogging ticking will resume and cheats will be disabled
That is known from DH 2.2
In DH 2.1.2 chunky is just as fast as DH so the only defference is that chunky saves vanilla chunks, and DH does not, so DH generator takes less drive space
DH 2.2 got 35% generator speed increase
So it is 35% faster than chunky
Though you can use C2ME with chunky
C2ME slows down DH by ~30%
But it speeds up chunky
The speed increase is unknown
But it can be over the 35% on high end CPUs
