LOD appears about 3/4 of a block too low?
Is this an issue with my config or does DH just do that?

On default config DH doesn’t just do that
What is your Earth curviture setting?
it was at 150, that's probably the issue
i can't really tell because of the fade-in effect in the latest commit, which masks it pretty well
