This only happens when the aim is towards the cheater. Yesterday I also faced a cheater who blew up my car with just one bullet and it had full health. Imagine one bullet. The situation has reached the limit.

Have you tried playing with a phone case with raised edges or new sleeves? Like minarets-kun mentioned that can happen and mess up your aim.
I personally had the problem that my worn out finger sleeves got unresponsive over time.

You don't understand.... Use your mind and try to understand that some people sell cheat that make the enemy has problems with his control or flipping his device display 5 to 6 times in one second.

Then show us this cheat you seem to know of. It is hard to believe and in the video really looks like what I said.
If this exploit exists then report the bug with proof of the software and they may fix it.
Because you don't believe that shaking aim from cheat or I have poor control movement because of it.

Looking at your video shows that your movement in general is rough. It shows especially when killing the bot and being only half on him. After this it seem normal that missing a button is more common.
Could you provide us with more video footage? May in another one it is more clear.

Happening very frequently to me also, your character will suddenly lose touch of the dpad and aim to the sky when you engage. its clearly a cheat being used.
Could you also try to record those instances and post them here? Maybe that is helpful to the mods.
