Sorry for low quality post (am new to minecraft modding) but how to I improve clientside performance

I'm playing on a server with my friends and me and some others struggle with the performance. How can I improve this modpack?

Some questions. 1. Is this a custom modpack or premade? 2. Do your mates have potato PC or is the modpack just very heavy?

It's a custom modpack, are there some mods that I should remove to optimize the server. He has a half decent laptop with a 3050 and some 10th gen I5 And he gets like 40 fps with lag spikes @Clyde @π’Ÿπ‘œπ“‚π’Ύπ“ƒπ’Ύπ’Έ What is spark?

Spark Profiler
Spark can be used to see why your server or client is lagging. Users can share a spark report via /spark profiler start --timeout 300 which creates a report after 5 minutes. The spark report is useful in debugging why your server is lagging, so ideally you should always provide one while asking for support. Download | Website | Docs

One runs the profiler on the client, the other does on the server
