high ping that griefs my game most of the time - Mongolia ISPs 60-120 RTT jumps
i usually get 60~70 pings in hong kong server, but for some unknown goddamn reason i get literally 130+ pings which won't be solved until i restart the game, and it isn't guaranteed to be solved even after restarting, just this match i had to restart my game 5 TIMES for my ping to get normal, i absolutely griefed my teammates unintentionally. the worst part is i may or may not get VAN-79 error after restarting your game, which i'll have to restart my entire PC which will take more than 5 minutes, and this results in me getting penalty
i have this issue common in all of our country, i tried playing at home and 5 different gaming center, 4 of them had this issue, so anybody know how to fix this? no, my PC is strong enough, there isn't any issue on my internet, as i said before this is a common problem, which all of my friends had at least once

i play a game of deathmatch, that ping spike again, so i leave and reenter, it fine
i enter a game of comp, it fuck up again

My best bet is that provider doing ECMP between few peering points , restarting the game re-sends request towards ping server, could be also our issue. Not in front of PC rn

Univision, Mobinet, the biggest isps here in mongolia, tried in all of different locations and this has been a very persistent issue since i first started playing (2 years ago)
most of the time 60 to 130, just before i had it hop to 108 when i did the vid and some of the time it hops to about 170

alright finally came home, this is going to be a funny one to pull off, your provider sending majority of the traffic via AWS, as HongKong have AWS edge for Riot to help connect to countries where ISPs do not have much presence with Riot. I am going to ignore that part for now as we have very very limited way to influence that traffic as its between ISP and AWS. Lets focus on improving where we can. let me check what is going on with the rest of the traffic, but jumps from 60 to 120 can indicate some funky return traffic via a long route or ECMP issues from provider with multiple bilateral peering points (multiple locations where we share routes-pathways)

Univision dont have a way to directly connect to our Riot Direct network. they are using so called transit providers
