soo when i start a round and pick an agent in the loading screen to start a game the game just freezes and i have to restart my pc to fix it can anyone help

why do I sometimes get more agent tokens from a game and sometimes less
Soo like when I win the game i somrtimes get 500 sometimes 100 sometimes 200
And when I lose i sometimes get 20 100 or 200 soo idk how do I get them more

Valorant takes too much to load and my screen gets frooze for like 5 mins in agent pick
My valorant takes too much to load and when IM in the agent pick the screen froozes and I enter like in round 3 or i dont enter in the game jts Just stays frooze
