Container is still running and can't be stopped

Hi, I have a service which couldn't seem to be stopped. This creates a problem because it seems that the scheduled cron would not execute the service simply because the previous instance is still running and couldn't be stopped. How do I terminate the execution of that service? Attached is the screenshot. Thank you!
