PUBG Mobile is banned in india, this means there is no offical support for the game there. Maybe use a vpn and download the apk from the offical website directly. Currently it is the 3.3.0 version but should be updated as soon as the new version is available.

Why 3.4 update not upload on official website
It sometimes takes longer to update, but offers a copy that is provided by the offical publisher.
