Hey @Lazy but talented Let me get back to you on this, I know we have been talking about a solution for this, but not sure if anything has been implemented yet in Surface Scatter, I know we have it for Path Scatter in 1.8, but that is not very helpful for your use case here🤔

Not sure if helpful or not, but you could use Surface Scatter with lower density to make sure there is no overlap and then fill in the rest manually, but as I write it it sounds stupid 😅
But we do at least have Border Masking that can help you remove the flat stones from the border. So maybe a bit helpful at least!
I asked the devs about the overlap question, and we will try to look into it in the near future, but it seems it is not as easy to fix as I believed 😬
