Wildcard idea but try checking horse/tack stores? @Holfram and @pumaturtle put me onto Tory Leathers and I just bought one of their belts from some random horsey store in PA.

I bought the buckle set on eBay, but you can chat with Haven about helping you source something. I'd mainly recommend going this route if you specifically want a buckle made of silver instead of steel since that gets expensive new and it'll come with a patina already.

FWIW Tory runs about an inch smaller than other belt makers. So for a 36 you might well consider the 40 over the 38.
Where usually a 105cm is a 40 I need a 42 for Tory.
oh ya i mean do you want a 1" belt, 2" belt or somewhere in the middle?
Ooh I kinda dig the skinnier look but would probably have to decide on a case by case
