Vcore 3.1 400 frame not square
should i try to move the back left side of the frame down?

yes, but did you run z-tilt on it before you ran the scan? Its hard to tell but the two front corners dont look aligned and z-tilt would have taken care of that
yes i have done a Z-tilt before the calibration
I would try to adjust that corner then. Do you have the instructions and video for that?
yup i do
try to get that corner more inline. Klipper can deal with a lot but its better if you have something closer to flat to start with.

yes but did you z-tilt it? The front left corner looks higher than the front right and z-tilt should have those two equal
I think helge said said anything less than 0.1% difference is good so for a 400mm bed <0.4mm
yes i have done a z-tilt
if i let the bed warm up for 10 minutes it is les then 0.2mm difference across the whole bed
