What mod adds moving buildings after construction?

I fucking DESPISE it. I randomly stumble upon the button, spend 10 minutes stuck trying to stop it in deconstruction mode, just to deconstruct it to place a new one in it's place. What do I need to delete?
Solution:
Micromanage and Reacrchitector are the mods designed to do it as their core feature. But I tihnk Build Gun utlitities also has a thing built in that you might be able to turn on/off
