Game CrashingSaying I should update graphics card drivers

Error Code: -1073740791
I've followed the crash FAQ; however I may have missed something as the game crashes every few hours/infrequently in general. I've also used AMD's driver cleanup utility and reinstalled my drivers instead of using AMD's adrenaline software to do it.
This happens in singleplayer and multiplayer. Changing graphics settings/DH doesn't seem to help. Crashes at seemingly random points, I could be missing something. I've gone to the Minecraft and Fabric support discord servers before coming here, they just helped me with my drivers then told me to come here.
Crash log is attached.
Right before the crash I got a bunch of errors that looked like this:
[Render thread/ERROR]: Deleting stream buffers: Invalid operation.

I doubt anyone will be able to tell you what's wrong. Buffer uploading errors are very hard to diagnose (for me at least)
I had this or a similar problem too for a while on Minecraft 1.20.4. It seems that it happend because DH and the physics mod didn't work somehow. I switched to 1.21.1 with same mods and the problem vanished. So if this is the case for you, I reccomend you to switch to 1.21. If not i can't help you, sorry.
Weird I had kinda the opposite issue, AFAIK the crashes weren't happening in 1.20.4, but are present in 1.21. Also, as the server that I run is on 1.21 I can't downgrade just for my sake atp esp since it's pretty infrequent, just frustrating when it does happen.

huh.. I'd try playing for a while without DH. If it doesn't crash anymore it's probably an issue with your mods.
Try playing only with the mods you absolutely need (and DH)
Unfortunately, that's what I've been doing. It hasn't crashed for longer than usual now, so I'll remove DH if it does crash again. Thanks for the feedback!
oh okay, good luck trying to fix it i guess....
I think I'm sensing.a bit of hostility here. Looking back, I'm sorry if you feel like I shut you down or something, but that's not what I was trying to do. All I was trying to say was that I've only played with the mods that I need to play on that server + DH.
Solution
Update to the latest DH version. This crash was fixed in DH 2.2+
