Subject: Urgent: Account Recovery Request
Dear PUBG Team,
My name is Chidhambaram, and my in-game name is 7SkY丨ESHAN (ID: 5452030817). I have linked my account via Google, Twitter, email, phone, and have also enabled secondary verification.
On 04/09/2024, I attempted to log in but encountered an error code and was unable to access my account. Despite trying all the recommended solutions, I was unsuccessful. I suspect that my account has been stolen, as someone may have used my personal information to file a claim via the Help Center. As a result, I have been unable to file a claim for 3 months since this method was used to steal my account.
I have an active Prime subscription linked to my Google account ([email protected]). I kindly request your assistance in recovering my account.

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.

Dear @TɪᴍᴇEɴᴅ☠ I can not use the in-game help centre. The Hacker used that method too.
If an „hacker“ is able to do so then he is the rightful account owner. How else would he have an connected device that is trusted and all relevant information to get the claim approved?
This sounds to me like your trying to scam an account.

Trading of game accounts is a violation of PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. You may find more information about this in the terms of service.
Your on your own with this problem, as @TɪᴍᴇEɴᴅ☠ already mentioned it is against TOS to trade accounts. The support does not offer help in this case.
Please don’t buy or sell accounts in the future and don’t share login details when you want to keep your account.
As this is likely not going to stop you from purchasing, you can try to buy your next account via a trusted middleman (if that even exists) that is holding into the account for 6 months so the reclaim option expires.
Useless pubg mobile support.......Time to quite from this Pubg game and start focusing on my life...
