i dont know where it is and i dont think we look at it, so this thread serves as an appeal.
thalles is correct, whatsapp bots that don't use the official meta api are not allowed on this platform as they are userbots, this is a ban-able offense.

As a courtesy i have went ahead and refunded your last invoice, you should see that show up on your orignal payment method in 5-10 days.
