What launcher do you use?
Does it happen with only DH present?

It happens with and without the shader
One of the mosd might be conflicting with DH
Run the game with only DH to hceck if the config will work
If not delete the DH config in case it got corrupted
/config
To edit the config, press the button next to the FOV slider to edit the config.
The config file found in .minecraft/config/DistantHorizons.toml
If that will work bring back all you mods
If after that is still won't work, try /binarysearch
Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
