Trobleshooting "Probe triggered prior to movement"
Hi there,
I have an V-minion that came fully assembled so I have no clue about it's internals.
It has been working nicely until yesterday I was printing some identical parts and after the third instance it started showing an error "Probe triggered prior to movement" just after starting calibration.
I did not change anything on the printer, so something must have gone wrong, but I do not know where to start from.
At first I did not even had a clue what the Probe was... The probe seems work as I get reasonable values for the first 3 Z measurements before it stops. If I place a metallic object below the sensor it triggers.
Can someone give me a hint where to start troubleshooting from?

Go to Machine tab, there is endstops list. Refresh it and check what probe is triggered already. Make sure it is not Real triggered. Then, depending on the probe you should find it in printer.cfg and add „!“ before its pin number. This will revert the logic of this probe.
