Oculus is incompatible with DH 2.2.
Instead of Embeddium and Oculus, use the Sodium and Iris alphas

Some mod probably did not update to the Sodium 0.6.0
i play on a server with others with this pack so i can only change client side stuff
You can try only:
- DH
- Sodium
- Iris
If it will work try /binary search
Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
In that case you need to use DH 2.1.2, even if Oculus and Embeddium would update, other mods would still need to update to the new Embeddium
