enabling cloud rendering from the main config screen doesn't enable generic rendering

although if someone disables generic rendering in an attempt to disable beacons, enabling cloud rendering would seemingly enable beacon rendering as well
maybe move the options to toggle cloud and beacon rendering to the main page, and remove the option to disable generic rendering?
Isn't it now as a main kill switch?
Disabling generic rendering should disable everything no matter what the sub-options are set too, and all the "sub-options" should have individual toggles
