Double Invoiced $20 for the Hobby plan and yet I'm still using 500MBs and 1 CPU
Hello, I just got Invoiced another $10 on top of my $10 for the hobby plan yet nothing is being updated. I still have the same limited 500MB space and 1 CPU. What's going on on your end?
Here is my project ID 310f53a4-e880-4907-86af-316944933ac6

after upgrading to hobby plan, you need to redeploy your services so they get the new upgraded resource benefits
I redeployed and restarted but still nothing.
so that 4 hours ago was after you upgraded?
also im super late for class!! I'll check back on this after I am done with class
I upgraded yesterday (12 + hours ago)
I will be waiting to hear from you.
After looking at the screenshots a bit closer, it does seem like you have 8gb and 8vCPU
The app just happens to be using less than 500mb ram
How should I set it up to use more resources? I grew it to 5GB but it's still using the limited resources (500 MB)
I also switched the runtime back and forth V2/Legacy and still nothing.
Now my project has been paused due to a max out, I'm being prompted to pay for the hobby plan yet I'm in the hobby plan.
the invoice
How long should that take because I just pumped $20, I have a project, my trial is maxed out.

Please be patient, we have raised this to the team. They will attend to this when they get a chance, but they are busy. You're seeing this because this thread has been automatically linked to the Help Station thread.
If your issue is now that your apps still have the trial limit, the answer is to redeploy.
I have redeployed more than 10 times since yesterday, I have even restarted.
Seems as though the issue has changed from this then? Is your only problem that your projects are still on the trial limits? Please send a screenshot of your service usage metrics
It's not going beyond the trial limit
It’s very possible that your app just doesn’t need more cpu/ram than this
your app won’t use more resources than it needs, the less it uses the less you are billed
It's lagging, taking minutes to load.
are either of the metrics pinned when you attempt to load the site? Can I have a link to test?
My mistake, I didn’t notice that your CPU is pinned in the last screenshot.
I’d still appreciate a link to test
Just let me know once you are done so that I can change the link since it contains personal data.
I’ll let you know when it loads, I deleted the link
Okay, thank you.
You can change the link, I can see what you mean, it’s very slow
Did you build your app using this template? Please try deploying this template and see if you see the same behaviour
https://railway.app/template/pn4G8S
Yes, I used this template, added my variables and that was it.
https://docs.flowiseai.com/configuration/deployment/railway
I followed these guidelines
Railway | FlowiseAI
Learn how to deploy Flowise on Railway
Please try deploying the template again, creating the new service may fix the limits
What about my data, do I have to start the projects from scratch?
It's building
You can switch to your original github repo and your data should be there
unless you’re referring to the volume, in which case you could start the new template service in the same project and move the volume over from the old to the new
tbh does it make sense for this to be showing?
and is that still showing?
seems like it’s not showing anymore
in any of the new screenshots
Referring to the volume.
Here is the new instance
Question since I'm using the hobby plan shouldn't I be seeing the plot on the Y axis with the CPU size from the lowest to say the highest, or it will automatically update?
Let me move everything over to the new instance, I will let you know if I need further assistance.
it updates dynamically to show more detail
Do you mind directing me step by step on how to "move the volume over from the old to the new"
Click the volume, detach it from its current service, reattach it to the new service
^ check where it's mounted before detaching it so you know where to mount it to
Thank you.
Hello, the issue still persisted
Could I know when you are not occupied I can debug it live
The site is still slow with the new template in place? Please send screenshots of your usage metrics
Yes
Let me record a loom video
Kindly delete after view as it contains my details
@Mkelvo can you try another app that uses more resources? See if deploying a Minecraft Server template will use more than 1gb (which is a requirement) . you can delete safely after
Deploying it now
send metrics
Your video shows you testing the old service, please test the new service like I asked

Unsure if team involvement needs to be in this thread, or rather, I am unsure on the context. You're seeing this because this thread has been automatically linked to the Help Station thread.
Apologies, I raised this earlier when there was a more obvious platform issue. atm Mvelko has a service that is stuck on trial limits and is extremely slow. I’m working with him to get a new version of the template spun up to test and see if it’s the template or the platform that’s the source of the issue
per their screenshot, max 8 vcpu and max 8gb of ram, it being slow would be a application level issue, it would be best for them to contact the flowise community
weird that it’s pinned at 1vCPU and 500mb ram though, makes me want to run more tests before asking them to reach out to another community
