Consistent gaps between walls with proper EM and PA on VC4-400 hybrid.
I consistently encounter gaps between my walls. I've attached photos of the issue, along with a photo of the Pressure Advance (PA) pattern test where the value I use is circled. Flow and PA are tuned, and I'm printing with Polymaker ASA at 260°C, with the max flow set to 34 mm³/s. I'm using a solid TC 0.5mm nozzle with associated layer widths, and slicing with OrcaSlicer. The first layer and outer walls look good, and while the top layer is slightly over-extruded, it's still acceptable. I know I can increase the total flow and reduce the top layer flow, but that feels like a band-aid solution, and I suspect there's another underlying issue. I've also attached the 3MF file in case you want to review the specific settings. I'm running fairly standard speeds and accelerations (attached). it'ss bad enough that the walls can just peel away from each other. im open to suggestions and experimenting, any help is greatly appreciated.

I'd do the PA tower rather than lines, I find it easier to tell what's good and what's not.
A quick google says this is due to "under extrusion".
Try printing the various Flow Rate chits in Orca's Calibration menu and posting some detailed pics of the chits and the one you choose.
What’s your smooth time?
Guessing it’s slightly under extruding though.
0.04 standard, if I bump em then top surfaces become majorly over extruded
Flow rate as in max flow or EM?
Threw these together in cad, will pause before the end, will show a top layer, as well as internal walls, printing at em’s of 1.00,1.02,1.04,1.06
Forgot to mention my current en for this filament is 0.86
Lowest top left, highest top right
did you manage to fix it?
Have you tried a different filament? maybe too much variance in the the filament width? I'd also try without precise wall
