Game crashes after being in the nether for about a minute
I dont know if its dh causing this but i never had any issues before i installed all these "performance" junk mods to help out dh and dh itself but my game just freezes and closes after being in the nether for a bit

Are you using fabric or neoforge?
fabric
Then could you make sure that all your mods are just fabric
how
Are you using the fabric verisons or have you downloaded the neoforge version
fabric versions
okay just cehcking because some don't say fabric they just say neoforge
First off, Sodium and Embeddium are mutually exclusive. You can only run one over the other, never both at the same time.
Second off, your ImmediatelyFast and Noisium mods are NeoForge mods, not Fabric mods.
I do not recall these two having multi-loader support, unlike Distant Horizons which does support NeoForge and Fabric in a single mod.
They don't but I asked and rio said that they are for fabric
I checked and it should say fabric
They must have done something wrong
Or remaned them themself
Which would be stupid to do
I checked Immidetelly fast
IDK about Noisium
Summary:
- Decide if you want Embeddium or Sodium
- Redownload correct versions of:
- ImmediatelyFast
- Noisium
Then check if it is working
so should i remove embeddium and immediately fast
and noisium
Remove either Embeddium or Sodium, it is your choice
And download correct immediately fast
and noisium version
And remove the incorrect ones
i got rid of noisium embeddium and immidiately fast
the others are neoforge
i mean noisium and IF
The are also for Fabric
wdym
You just got the NeoForge version
ok
its fine though they dont do anything
my performance is basically only affected by sodium and dh
i cant install one
its 1.21.1
Are you on 1.21? Because you should be moving to 1.21.1. Even then, 1.21.1 and 1.21 are compatible.
Your wrong neoforge versions were also for 1.21.1 so I assumed that was what you used
But yeah you should switch just as Hardestee said
ill just not use the mods
they dont do much to the game anyway for some reason
ImmediatelyFast sees not much difference if you're not already GPU bound. Noisium however, Distant Horizons benefits from it as it speeds up world generation code.
IIRC ImmediatelyFast gave me >30% fps boost, I don’t know or ever knew how as it surpasses the theoretical maximum, but I don’t think I care how
I checked noisium and yea it doesn't have a neo and fabric
It has neo and fabric: https://modrinth.com/mod/noisium/versions?gameVersion=1.21.1
Oh then maybe I checked the other one
Immidietely fast also should say fabric
