Loading chunks takes forever and sometimes does not even work.
I have a really good CPU, I have 32GB ram and an rtx 4070 ti. I run forge 47.3.5 with 207 mods and when i run DH on lowest settings it gives an errors about batching, lower your CPU load, but that does not work. Also it does not load chunks only when I move towards the chunk then it loads if I fly away then it stays there in my screen but when standing still it wont load in from far away, also a lot of places are like black chunks and spaces, this is a mod that messes with the lights right?

right now I'm in a different world trying, I do not get the error but loading 1 chunk takes like forever
like 1minute per chunk
with these settings
and it only loads the LOD if I look at it

If it feels like LoD generation with
Distant Generator is too slow:
Install Noisium and Faster Random, these mods optimise world generation code.
Try increasing CPU Load in Distant Horizons settings for faster generation, but you will experience more lag spikes and stuttering due to heavier workload on CPU.
To see if Distant Generator is really working or not:
1) Check CPU usage while in-game, using Aggressive settings of CPU Load. If CPU usage's hovering around 80-100%, the LoDs are generating in the background.
2) Go to DH settings > Advanced Options > Debug > Wireframe, set Enable Debug Wireframe Rendering and Show World Gen Queue to True.
Enabling both settings will show you the visualization of world gen tasks queued and working on the map (blue boxes for queued tasks, red boxes for working tasks)Second part too

and the lamp in me PC gets red every 5secs for 3 secs long, and I turned down CPU load to aggressive still the lamp goes red and I get these chat messages
it put CPU load on balanced now it loads but just slow and CPU red lamp still is there
