You have to pay back the UC you currently owe and wait for the ban period to be over, in this case 10 years.

That’s how I understood it, but you can still try to file a claim and if they don’t answer try the r/pubgm_support subreddit.

I consider the chance of your unban low, Pubgm doesn’t issue 10 year bans unless they’re certain and also don’t lift them, as far as I know.
