It’s possible to remove this ban?
A malicious person bought 1500uc on my account and asked for a refund, would I be able to pay with my own money and remove this ban?

You have to pay back the UC you currently owe and wait for the ban period to be over, in this case 10 years.
So even if I pay for something I didn't buy, I still need to wait 10 years?
That’s how I understood it, but you can still try to file a claim and if they don’t answer try the r/pubgm_support subreddit.
I consider the chance of your unban low, Pubgm doesn’t issue 10 year bans unless they’re certain and also don’t lift them, as far as I know.
Is there any chance of them answering me?
