What's your favorite fit you've put on in the past month or two? What makes it work? What does it say about you?

I think this is the high water mark of my fit career. The fit, colours and accessories are all speaking the same language and it feels very cohesive to me. I'd like to build more fits that carry this vibe of a well put together clown.
haven’t worn much recently but I liked this one! I don’t wear much color often so this was nice. not sure why the pic is in like 480p but

I was super insecure about this one at first, but it’s probably the one I like the most atm.
It’s just very me, combining all the elements I like (workwear, military-adjacent stuff, big fits…) and also marks a point in my journey where I’m ready to experiment more.
This was my favourite because I enjoyed searching for the right colours to combine with the top and bottom - lilac and eggplant - until I saw what it looked like from the back or with variations. What I took for a ‘relaxed, slouchy-fit cardigan’ turned out to be awkwardly unflattering in motion. Ditto for the pants. Has happened with many outfits of mine.
This is just fit pic vs. reality tbh. Nothing is always perfect and we should stop pretending it is!

There were about 10 unflattering motion shots and videos! You’re absolutely right about fit pics vs. reality, but up to a limit.
I stopped looking at side views of my fits a while ago, because boy it’s not flattering! And it really doesn’t matter as long as you like it.

Popping out in something different and really pulling it off feels extremely rewarding
imo this is the best instance of 'exaggerated' ivy style i've managed; the combo of giant shirt and giant pants is not one i usually do but i like the volume overall especially with the scale of the tie. a really fun fit

It would have to be these two recent outfits, very happy with both of them. Not really anything out of the ordinary/exciting in terms of what I wear but I just really like how both of these came together.

I've been really liking these two for a bit, Idk how to describe the first one, just reminds me of an rnb singer. Both of them feature women's wide pants that I got from uniqlo (wide cargo and chinos). Excuse the messy room in the second one lol

easily this. i just miss layers, i miss the fall and being able to play around more. it was a cool morning and i felt amazing in this. i read something that has me excited going forward in future summers regarding fashion but for now it's this one

Devatstated I didn’t take a better photo but went full Scott Fraser/1930’s core a few days ago and was very happy with it

I was inspired to do this fit again but with the sun this time. My actual favorite was the also poorly photographed fit with the sacai bomber, but it is way too hot for me to put that on rn
I think its this one. Not because I think its really polished or super great, but because I feel like there is a vision behind it that i really like and a silhouette that I want to explore further.
In general i feel most of my stuff rn is not that creative but im working on it.

Check out Uskees boat pants maybe. They’re the pants that I got with my corduroy suit and they seem to fit the vibe!
They are cool but im looking for ones with more of an A-Line cut, i.e. with some degree of flare but not flaring from the knee but flaring from the hip instead
Usually mostly a womens cut which does not bother me, but at a W36 waist sizing becomes an issue

This felt like a summer layering win for me ( I've been pretty bored with most of the styling I've been doing in the heat so getting to tweak a few small details here and have 3 layers on top felt exciting)

I’m really partial to this fit I wore a few weeks back. Mr Freedom makes jeans that fit me like a glove and I feel like everything I wore here came together and fit exactly how I wanted it to. The Tom Ford jacket is a piece I’ve had for so long that wearing it is basically second nature at this point. Sometimes putting on an outfit feels like you’re really baring it all—other times it’s like this. A warm blanket. Comfortable, but not in a boring way.
Happy with how this turned out after being freaked by how translucent the pants are
This summer I hoped to get to a point where I enjoy wearing shorts and feel like I can put together a good fit with them. I used to live somewhere colder and mostly didn't bother with shorts apart from a few days a year where I basically just wore them for utility. But living somewhere warmer it's nice to have the option to manage the heat and I still want to feel like I'm putting that shit on while wearing them. I'm not fully there yet but this felt like the most successful attempt so far.

Posted in recent purchases but I love this fit - I took the jacket off because it’s hot but when the weather cools off a little I definitely wanna bust this out. Not pictured are off white converse, alternatively matching brown boots would work well I think
