Problem: I can’t login to my account because of 2 factor authentication, when I try to login via email with verification code it works but the 2nd authentication is mobile, the number connected has been disabled and I won’t ever have access to it again.
When I try to use customer support to remove this it directs me to a form of questions asking questions with “in the last 6 months…”
Now the thing is I haven’t played in 2 years and want to start playing again but I can’t login with just the email now, the account has been inactive for years so me filling out that form asking questions like that doesn’t make sense.
Is there an alternative way to remove the mobile without being logged into the account?

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim....

You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now.
