TMC ‘stepper_z reports error
Hello. I’ve gotten this error twice now. Any idea how to prevent it. Printer works after firmware restart but I lose a big print.

Can you swap stepper drivers between two of your Z's and see if the error happens again on either the same Z or moves to another Z? If it moves you have a bad stepper driver, if it does not, I would try swapping cables to that stepper or even ports on your MCU if you have a spare. You need to see if you can isolate what is causing the problem to eliminate if the stepper itself is bad or its its the cable, driver or even port on the MCU
