Supplementeries is a known incompatible mod, any known fix? and what about embeddium should i swap?
Title, also is there any known fix for this, either a mod that makes supplementaries work or some sort of edit of supplementaries, if this is not the case is there any known mod that adds the "cog block" (aka vertical redstone) into the game

also i noticed that sodium was on the list, but embeddium is currently what i use, should i swap it to sodium + indium combo? or can i leave embeddium as it is (embeddium is a fork of sodium with better mod compatibility in mind (its on fabric))
Theres no known fix for the supplementaries issue
gotcha
how about embeddium thingy
is sodium + indium a better choice? or just plain embeddium
Both sodium and embeddium work fine with DH
gotcha
any known vertical redstone mods? like the cog block from supplementaries
Although if you're on fabric, I recommend sodium since it has less incompatibilities
I don't know of any
really?
i though embeddium was the one that had modded support in mind
for example i dont need indium if im using embeddium
Sodium 0.6 will also require it no longer
Embeddium is just a forge fork of sodium. For some reason they decided to port embeddium to fabric, even though sodium already exists.
Afaik, embeddium isn't really more compatible with mods, they just disable certain features of these incompatible mods
afaik sodium 0.6 isnt a thing yet
so indium + sodium ye?
Yea, I would recommend sodium and indium instead of embeddium
i've seen a mod called threaten gl going arround which forces the game to run on opengl 4.6 , i tried to run it and it works fine, but could this break DH?
ima test it actually
I don't think it will.
is this a known used mod?
No, I don't think so
Never heard of it before
supplementaries not working is a huge bummer :/
Embeddium Govee me better fps and has more bugfixes then Sodium on fabric
Embeddium decided to release a fabric version because they were forbidden by Sodium dev to add features from Embedium to Sodium
Really? I've tried both and had better experiences with Sodium
They were banner from contributing
Yea, Sodium was made closed-source changed their license to a more restrictive one
Transparency sorting is only in Embeddium so I won’t switch back unless I have to
It has been implemented in Sodium 0.6
Someone made their masters thesis on implementing it
What do you mean by that?
There are still commits on Sodium’s GitHub
And the repo is still public
Not closed-sourced, but they switched to a different license
I won’t read it all right now, but I don’t see any problems with the new license:
