its trying to fetch 3.11.3 but uh - https://github.com/railwayapp/cli/releases
It reminds me of the same issue in the past
I thought that it was already fixed
one more reason to finally publish that docker image?

npm i @railway/cli. There is 1 other project in the npm registry using @railway/cli.yeah but at the same time a binary for 3.11.3 doesn't seem to exist

the bump to 3.11.4 has fixed the issue
