PA-15CF - Printer has been calibrated, yet I keep getting these imperfections.
Seems like overextrusion, however my flow seems to be spot on. First layer is good. Last layer is good. I used all the Orca Slicer calibrations until I was content with the result. What could I be missing?

Added photos for more reference. These are flow tests from 0.75 down to 0.60. As you can see, I am still getting a rough surface and what seems to be stringing.
That is the wettest filament i've ever seen
dry it at 70c for at least 8 hrs. Maybe even more. Use smaller test prints to see the improvement instead of wasting it.
