Octopus Max EZ detected but is unresponsive

ok so I've been trying to set this guy up for a few days without any luck. I am trying to flash the firmware from RatOS to the board for the initial setup and it isn't working for some reason. I've tried just about everything I can think of and still nothing. Tried flashing through SD, flashing through DFU, automatic flashing, tried using an 8Gb SD card instead of a 32, even tried getting a brand new board and literaly not plugging anything in but 24V (yes I have confirmed that it is 24.20V) and the raspberry Pi 4b (usb 3.1 on pi to usb-c on BTT octopus using the included usb cable for the Octopus). Here is the error I am getting

Sorry for the later reply. I ended up using RatOS 2.1 ant that fixed most of the issues I had

@CbadCruiser @triumphdave I recommend using RatOS 2.1-RC2 and updating everything after connecting to wifi and proceeding with board flashing.
