Can't dial in retraction

Hi all! So I have been trying to get Nylon-CF15 dialed in. Nylon is new, from well sealed package. In a drybox (electric) since I opened it and been there for 2 days now. I have been working on calibrating everything using Orca's tests. Usually they work fine for me with other filaments. But this one, I can't solve it. I have tried from 0mm to 5mm. I have increased and decreased speeds. I tried decreasing the flow in case it was overextrusion. I have changed the seam settings in case I had an issue there. Yet whatever I do, I keep getting these artifacts. Not exactly wispy lines, but more like residue. Any ideas?
