My game isn't loading
When I join, sometimes it shows the logo and sometimes just a black screen, but it won’t load. Can someone help please

Just to clarify - is this correct?:
1. You installed Open Brush from the Quest Store like you would any app?
2. You haven't done anything special (like switch to the beta version)?
3. You're using a Quest (which version 1, 2 or 3?)
4. You're running it on the headset itself (i.e. you're not using it via a PC: Steam/Airlink/Virtual Desktop etc)
5. When you launch the app - you get a logo or just a black screen
I presume you've tried rebooting the headset? Can you also try uninstalling and reinstalling Open Brush?
I have the same issue on both our quest 3 devices.
Downloaded from the store, we get the logo but it freezes.
We are running on the headset itself and did not choose the beta version
Rebooting did not work.
Will try reinstalling later today.

I've had this very occasionally when switching between builds but i've always assumed that's because I do weird developer things that trigger edge cases. Rebooting/reinstalling has always fixed it however.
reinstalling on one of the q3 headsets worked. My daughter will be experimenting with it from tomorrow onwards as they used tiltbrush in her highschool program and I wanted her to have an edge. 🙂
Someone needs to tell her highschool program about Open Brush! Might save them $20 per seat 🙂
I'm planning to next week, when I have to go speak to her future teachers.. 😉
Also mention we'd love to hear about their experiences and usage of Open/Tilt Brush. Getting a good dialogue going with schools would be really helpful for us.
They hadn't heard of Openbrush before, but will look into it. My daughter will brief me when they start using it. 🙂
