Distant Horizons version 2.1.3-a-dev is incompatible with the current version of Iris. You need to downgrade to version 2.1.2-a, which is available on https://modrinth.com/mod/distanthorizons

Do you get a native crash log in your root Minecraft directory/folder?

Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
Try starting with removing
Continuity and Controlify I can't remebmber when and why, but I think those created some problems in the pastFound that Controlify is the cause, while Continuity is fine.
Still checking whether other mods have side effect on this
