Need help please with missing UC on friends account.
Hey guys, greetings to you. I have an issue here. I bought royal pass for my in game friend for this season, and he was already at RP 100 when I bought it for him. Upon unlocking all the gifts for the royal pass, he suddenly noticed that the UC (720) had disappeared. How do we rectify this?

If you did not make any purchase with UC, it is best if you contact them for further assistance, this is the most efficiency way.
However, if your issue is not resolved after receiving a response from them, you can create a post in the official support subreddit....

@.Nadïa.🌴 we tried talking to customer service countless times but nothing. My friend even told me he just going to give up, but I say it doesn't make any sense. The UC should be there. And he assured me he didn't no use it, he did not even have time to use is, as upon receiving the 720 UC, it just disappeared
Sounds like he’s trying to get more UC from you. UC won’t magically disappear, you either spend them or haven’t received them. Also it is not possible to double buy an RP pass.

Bro did you bot read properly huh? I clearly stated that I bought him royal pass. He got everything but upon receiving the UC it disappeared. We were literally playing g together lol. But go on mate
No he didn't actually. It's just they took the UC from his account (the 720 you usually get back with royal pass)
This game is turning into nonsense honestly. They never fix the bugs. Only hungry behind money.
Like just look at this lol. I literally landed on the roof top, the game glitches me inside the house 🤣🤣🤣 how's that even possible.
If they already owned the rp and you didn't gift them uc the rp turns into rp points and not uc.
