Wierd game hang
Anyone has a clue what could be causing my issues here? The game simulation suddenly completely freezes (no ai, no world gen, no chat, no commands) but I can still place and destroy blocks. The game is completely unresponsive apart from that and crashes upon trying to close the world. The state can't be recovered and I need to shut down the process.

That's a very, very long mods list. It is likely caused by some mod or mod incompatibility, but it'll be hard to figure out what mod is the culprit. Step one would be to test with a minimal amount or no mods, and see if the issue still occurs
/binary might help
Try a binary search and figure out which mod is causing it.
So disable half of the mods, see if issue is still there, if yes disable half again etc etc until you find the mod that's causing the issue.
