Minecraft crashing after ~1h10m
Hello,
I was building on my creative server when suddenly minecraft just freezes and closes itself after ~5 seconds.
No
latest.log
or debug.log
has been created each time.
I had a look in the hs_err_pid***.log
files and since I am not able to fully interpret what is going on I am seeking for help in this discord.
If this is not a DH-related crash then I am really sorry for the inconvenience!!
I will date the error-logs [dd.mm.yy] since I got multiple of them with the (I assume) same error.
I also attached my mod-list.
DH-version: 2.1.2-a16 Replies
That would be preferred thanks
I am not home right now.
I will upload them in around 2-3 hours when I am back home
I would ale if it happens with only DH, but I doubt anyone will have time to check that
I uploaded the error logs as requested

I am testing with less mods right now
ok, it crashed again with less mods.

I may be able to test with just iris, sodium and dh if that would help
I did not see any unusual memory usage increase in my VRAM in Task Manager or RAM in Minecraft itself. (Do not know if that helps though)
I will be testing with minimal mods now
(I need Axiom for building)
i use all of these mods exept tweakeroo, euphoriapatcher and itemscroller without issue
okay, it crashed again with the minimal amount of mods.

Mods are as shown in the above picture.
(only thing I can really assume is that maybe the latest graphics driver (edit: I was on the second latest) might fix the issue or maybe Axiom causes the crashes when building with Axiom, although the crashes happen on my survival world as well without using Axiom)
i have been experiencing the same error multiple times
whats a solution?
I am currently still testing. I updated to the 24.7.1 stable driver via the AMD Adrenalin Software and I am going to test another time right now while building.
One more possibility I was able to find is that you maybe have to force the wanted java-version or maybe check your java installation to see if it is the 32-bit or the 64-bit version but please take this information with a grain of salt since I did not condone any testing yet to confirm that these 2 possibilites are a solution to the problem.
if you can, can you provide your
hs_err_pid***.log
files via https://mclo.gs so we can collect more information?i use amd too
idk what that even is
The logs are located in your .minecraft folder towards the bottom. they start with
hs_err_pid
and maybe you can upload the latest one, where one of your crashes happened, to https://mclo.gs so we can collect more information and maybe find a solution.Solution
This should be fixed in the latest nightly build.
That is really nice to hear!
I will complete my current test and I will then try the latest nightly build.
Okay, the game crashed again. I will now try the latest nightly build.
Alright, Minecraft has been running for around 3 hours without any problems. I can confirm that this issue has been fixed.
