I get this black chunck, any idea?

Are you using starlight? Or were the chunks generated while starlight was installed?

i tried disabling it, but it doesen't change, so you mean i need to generate them without starlight?

yes, but not anly LODs, but vanilla chunks so: - remove Starligh - update vanilla chunks only then will the problem vanish
