Account stollen and sold
Hello, I’m Kate. My UID 5866212332. I started playing pubg in 2020 from my IPad Pro through GameCenter and was continuously playing it for four years before I stopped playing it around March - April 2024. It is dear to me so I had probably linked my account with my phone number and email too for security reasons before taking a break. For notice, I never gave anyone any information about my login, password, email, phone number. Nothing.
A problem had accured starting from 2/07/24. Someone had hacked into my account from United states, yet I am living in Ireland. My account was stolen to be sold to someone else. I haven’t noticed the first strange login into my pubg account, since I am busy with work and on 18/07/24 there was another person who entered my stolen account who is from Russia and had also linked their phone number to my account. Thanks to the email that was sended there was a phone number, I tried to contact the person and that’s how I found out that my account was hacked and sold for 16 euros (1.600 ruble). I tried to figure things out by myself, which had ended with no results.
On the same day I had tried to use in game customer service. I gave all information that had required for making a request of returning the account. That includes, my two previous names『SimonSays』 and 『DOHxSimon , 4 transactions from this year, the map that was played the most, friends name, email, phone number, device that the game was played on, etc. Didn’t miss any question that was needed to be answered. I could attach the proof of the fact I own the account. I have plenty of receipts from top up and screenshot with videos from when I was playing.
On 20/07/24 I get the email, that there was not enough information that could help me get my account back. I do really want it back. I don’t want to loose 4 years of experience playing Pubg mobile. Please, help me get my account back. My email is: [email protected]

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.

6. Have you ever shared your account with others?
7. What do you believe could be the possible reason for your account being hacked?
