High Input Delay
My input on keyboard is delayed, like really really delayed. My mouse is fine but my Keyboard takes 1 second to process which key I pressed.

Does this happen in any other games or applications

close background apps
decrease mouse pulling rate
decrease CPU load in DH settings
decrease Sodium chunks loading threads
decrease keyboard pulling rate
Nope.
this does not sound like something DH would cause, and could be hard for us to diagnose
does it happen also in a fresh minecraft instance?
never mind, I think my CPU just cant handle my settings
you could try turning off distant generation
