I have fallen in love with this pair of boots and need a final sanity check before copping.
All right. This is propably the pinnacle of me overthinking. I have been looking at this pair of boots for like 2 months now (Heritage Boot Co, Mesquite) and feel like it is time to either pull the trigger or to not do it at all. Kinda need a final sanity check. I already called them and talked about sizing and they seemed quite competent in their sizing recommendation.
Why I like them:
I find black boots easiest to style. I have a pair of black cowboy side-zips that has featured in plenty of my WAYW Posts. I occasionally feel myself thinking "I wish I had a second pair (of black cowboy boots) so that I had the option to wear them every day."
I think them being rough-out leather gives them a different feel compared to smooth skin boots so there is still a certain amount of variance to it.
I really like the stitching, to me it feels like just the right amount to be visually interesting without being too much.
I like the riding heel, I think higher heels just create an interesting silhouette and add a bit of dramatic flair.
I like the pointy toe. I think it goes quite well with flared pants, which I really like as well.
Arguments against them:
Do I really need a second pair of black cowboy boot thingies?
Its stupid buying something that expensive online?
Returning them would be a monumental pain. I am afraid that we might have sized wrongly.
