Last RatOS.cfg issue
After updating to v2.1.0-RC1-273-gbc132c38, the stepper motor can't move for homing. I reverted back to the old RatOS.cfg and its working again. I went to see what changed and i think the addition of "Sense_resistor: 0.022" to X and Y steppers is the cause. I'm running TMC5160 with 48v on X & Y. I have attached two files. Ratos.new.cfg is the bad one and RatOS.cfg is the good one.

In that case you've picked the wrong drivers in the hardware configurator
BTT TMC5160T Plus v1.0These are external high amperage drivers. Those are probably not the ones you have 🙂 The reason you've gotten issues after the update is because a bug has been fixed. Previously the sense_resistor values were only emitted when a tuning preset had been matched, leading to very bad consequences for these high amperage devices (overcurrenting with no warning).
This is the BTT TMC5160T Plus v1.0

My guess is you're using these
