I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration regarding the persistent technical issues I have been experiencing with PUBG Mobile. Despite being a loyal player for the past six years, I have observed a steady decline in the game's quality and performance. It is disheartening to note that there have been no significant technical advancements in the game's engine, software, optimization, or servers. This lack of progress has resulted in numerous issues, including lag, frequent fluctuations, stuttering, frame drops, and overheating. To mitigate these problems, I have taken several measures, such as setting the graphics to Smooth and Extreme+ (120 fps), utilizing a cooling magnetic fan to regulate temperature, and establishing a stable internet connection via an Ethernet cable. Additionally, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game, disabled background apps refresh, and explored various potential solutions. Regrettably, despite my efforts, the issues persist, severely impacting my gaming experience. Therefore, I kindly request the immediate attention and support of PUBG Mobile's customer service department to address these concerns effectively. I am confident that your expertise will enable us to find a resolution that restores the game's performance to an acceptable level. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your assistance in resolving these issues and regaining my enjoyment of PUBG Mobile.

I think everyone is having issues as of lately I noticed that my usual stable 20ms that has been jumping up and down

I have to agree with you. I also noticed that sometimes since the update people move different. More like they teleport ahead instead of waking sometimes. Have you tried deleting all skins from your game, I did that too and now it is way more playable. Skins take so much from your device and even brought my iPad Pro 11 gen 4 to experience render lag.

It has nothing to do with ping Yes, i tried I submitted and I am waiting for a reasonable, fast, technical, and effective response, because I can't play a single game without people shattering in front of me.
