can confirm i had this issue and after waiting 15 minutes it fixed itself
i have waited >1hour and it has not fixed itself

so I tried to make a "new" postgres service after the first one didn't work. removed the first and it disappeared, but didn't actually get deleted
I went into settings to delete and now I'm stuck here
