hot end thermister reports 158.7°C when off
When setting a temperature or doing a calibration, the temp goes in the opposite direction and then klipper crashes with error "HEATER EXTRUDER NOT HEATING AT EXPECTED RATE"

I don't see any entry under the extruder for the sensor type. Try adding
under user overrides

If this is a RatOS 2.1 build, go into the configurator and make sure you selected PT1000 otherwise you may have the same issue down the road when an upgrade comes along and wants to update your printer.cfg and removed the override.
