World rendering slowly outside vanilla render distance

I'm not really sure if this is just the mod itself, my cpu, some settings I didn't change or what. Just curious if it's supposed to be that slow at rendering things. If it isn't just how it works I'll post my settings and other information after.

Rendering, loading and generating are 3 different things: - Rendering takes place on your GPU and affects FPS - Generating is a part of loading a LOD for the first time and first time only, it need to run vanilla worldgen that is super slow so it itself is super slow - Loading is a process of loading existing LODs that were already saved on your SSD (or other) before, and is much much faster then generation . Answering your question: Yes The generation process is really slow . You can speed it up by: - adding performance mods such as: - Noisium - Faster Random - Lithium - Other - turning off shaders - limiting your fps - closing all background apps - removing mods such as: - chunky - C2ME

I'll see if there's other mods I can use to speed it up a bit then.
It's too bad Minecraft's engine is so limited even with such a great mod.

would 8gb allocation be enough for faster random or should i not use it at all (i have a 16 gb ram)

Faster Random is a performance mod, any RAM amount is OK for it. As for DH that depends on your settings. DH on 1024 RD and CPU load set to Agressive with 32 thread CPU and many othe worldgen and immersive mods uses up to 15 GB, usually hovering around 12 GB, 12 GB is also the max amount I would recommend with no need for GC tuning. With no other mods 10 GB should be okay, assuming lower settings and less thread on the CPU 6 GB could be enough. If you would see in game RAM amount hitting 100% instantly and not going down you can always increase it later to 8 or 10. . If you are interested in immersive mods I mentioned here is a list that incules most of them: https://discord.com/channels/881614130614767666/1256089075996426260/1256551092725223467 (2 separate messages)

I was using 6gb but then i set it to 8 after downloading faster random because it was saying allocate as much as you can on the mod page then i started to experience huge lag spikes freezings that take seconds but happens very rarely So, why would that be It's the first time I'm experiencing this with dh Everything happened after faster random I didn't test it specifically tho But i plan to I'm busy with touching grass and breathing air rn I'm using zgc generational for garbage collection btw if that matters
