Delete the sqlite file located inside the world folder in your saves folder in your Minecraft instance
It'll regen all the lods

Can I change somthing so I can keep the data
I don't think so
You can maually alter the data in the LOD database to decrease the Z coordinate by the required amount
Where can I find the Z coordinate
In every entry in the database
How do I moddify it using DB Browser for SqLite
IDK, I only ever used Python with SQLite and even that was 1 time
