How do I fix this?
If it is explained in the faq I am truly sorry but I personally did not see it there. Can somebody help me fix this pls?

Or is this happening because I have never loaded those chunks back there before?
It's loading chunks from a different world? Are you playing on a server with multiple overworlds?
no there is only 1 overworld
in the server
maybe you previously had a server with the same name?
best to just delete the wrong LODs and hope that correct ones will appear
