Deki Goes BRRRRRR at 0% fan speed and full send at boot

Hello all! I've just installed my new 4028 to my hot end, followed the instructions posted online and the moment I turn the printer on it's goes BRRRRRRRRR and doesn't stop until i put the fan to 100% speed on Mainsail (?!) Before I route the ground to the hotend as show in this guide, is this the resolution to my problem? My last Deki was fried and it took a while for this one to show up so i don't want to kill another one!! https://os.ratrig.com/docs/guides/4028/ Info: RatRig 3.1 300 Octopus 1.1 EBB42 V1.1 toolboard edit: PWM is connected to the port instructed on the guide.
Connecting a 4028 fan | RatOS
4028 server fans are becoming a popular option for part cooling because of their light weight and great pressure and flow rates. In this guide we'll go over how to connect one and use it for part cooling. 4-pin fans usually aren't used in 3d printers, and many boards only provide 2-pin ports, but fear not! There's always a way.

i have put the ground onto HE1 ground, no change to the config as this hasn't been updated for ROS V2.1? no reaction to fan speed change, just off

The fix is to invert the speed pin. Post your printer.cfg
