How do I setup Server-side fork?

I have the mod installed on the server and client, but it doesn't work. I tried going through the config command but couldn't find anything either. I also tried looking online but couldn't find anything. It doesn't even give me any errors or anything. Any tips?

The way it's worded I thought it only fixes unloaded blocks from the mod but it actually disables the mod?

You sure you applied the fix correctly? There are some variables in the Alex caves config file that look a lot like each other

The client is correctly requesting LODs from the server and is receiving them without errors. So something is stopping DH from rendering
